I took this picture - its of a Nasturtium - doesn't it look beautifully orange against its bright green leaves?

WOW! That's a MARVELLOUS picture! You know, i've got nasturtiums growing near my house too!
:)

isn't this cheerful! I love looking at the GTS posts of flowers today since the garden is covered with snow.

I haven't grown nasturtiums in years. First time I did I over fed them. I got the prettiest leaves and no flowers. Seems they don't like to be fed! I do like the orange against the green.
Thanks for stopping by today! Happy Sunday!

I LOVE nasturtiums. I've never eaten them, though. I'm growing three different varieties this year, two of them heirlooms.

I did not know that they're edible...how interesting! Such a vibrant orange...very pretty!

Wow nice colour. I love their petals. Like paper.

Yes, it's great contrasts in that flower :-) And obviously even edible, but I've never tasted it either. Very interesting though.

I love the heart shaped leaves almost as much as the flowers. I don't care for the taste of the orange ones but I hear that the yellow ones aren't as peppery.
